Let's Connect

Meet the Founder

Welcome—I’m Greta.

I believe that every person carries a unique story worth telling. Whether you are navigating the complexities of adolescence, the pressures of adulthood, or the challenges of being a woman, I am here to provide an authentic space where you can feel truly heard, validated, and empowered.

With over 20 years of experience as a clinician, I blend deep clinical expertise with a warm, holistic approach to help you find insight and lasting growth.

Work With Me

My Approach: Science Meets Soul

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. My practice is culturally sensitive and deeply informed by the mind-body connection. I integrate "Third Wave" Cognitive Behavioral interventions with the latest in neurobiology to treat the whole person.

I draw from a diverse toolkit tailored to your specific needs:

  • Evidence-Based Skills: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Self-Compassion.

  • The Mind-Body Connection: I incorporate Polyvagal Theory, the physiology of emotions, and the neurobiology of attachment.

  • Holistic Wellness: I assist in locating referrals (acupuncturists, naturopaths, etc) to build your team of community resources to support your whole wellbeing, from the inside out.

Whether you need goal-oriented, solution-focused therapy or a longer-term space for deep processing, we will work collaboratively to set goals and track your progress.

Hablo Español: Born in Argentina and educated in Buenos Aires, I am proud to offer fully bilingual services to the Spanish-speaking community.

What to Expect in Our First Session

Taking the first step can feel daunting, so I prioritize building a safe, non-judgmental rapport from minute one. In our first meeting, we will:

  1. Gather the Pieces: Discuss your background and what is currently bringing you to therapy.

  2. Identify Goals: Pinpoint exactly what you want to change or explore.

  3. Build a Plan: Formulate a roadmap for our work together so you leave feeling empowered.

Deep Roots, Real Results:

Transformation happens when we stop looking at symptoms and start looking at the whole person. My specialities include:

  • Women's Issues

You’re doing it all—but do you feel like yourself?

As women, we are often the primary architects of everyone else’s comfort. We navigate the "invisible load" of home, the glass ceilings at work, and the constant, quiet pressure to be everything to everyone. Somewhere between the life transitions and the societal expectations, it’s easy to lose track of your own voice.

I’m here to help you find it again.

  • Teens & Young Adults

This is your space to figure it out.

Being a young adult right now feels like trying to build a house while the ground is still moving. Whether you’re navigating the transition to independence or just trying to silence the "what am I doing with my life?" anxiety, you shouldn’t have to do it in isolation. This is a safe, zero-judgment zone where we can get real about the things you might be holding back from friends or family.

We’ll dive into the stuff that matters to you

  • Parents

Parenting is a different level of exhaustion.

Let’s be honest: those "positive discipline" books usually don’t account for the reality of being the only adult in the room at 7:00 PM, or the frustration of a co-parenting relationship that feels like an uphill battle.

I’m here to help you move out of "survival mode" and into a rhythm that feels sustainable

  • Intensives

When Weekly Therapy Isn’t Enough: Deep-Dive Intensives

Sometimes, 50 minutes barely scratches the surface. By the time you’ve settled in and opened up the "real" topic, it’s time to wrap up. For couples and families in the thick of it, that "stop and start" can feel more frustrating than helpful.

Intensives are designed to break that cycle.
